Amazingly easy with fantastic coverage!I usually color my hair myself and was looking for a better choice that was kinder to my hair. Recently used a “med brown” that came out darker than I wanted. I colored the whole head instead of just roots and paid the price it seems. I went with a medium golden brown from eSalon and the roots covered so well! The rinse process at the end, while not changing the darker color, did add some warmth it was missing and I’m confident that over time it will gradually be more of what I need (one can only do so much with a previous color that was called Cappuccino but looks more like Burnt Coffee). Scared to tryI’ll be honest. I haven’t used it yet. It’s an awesome set up. Love everything in the box. The instructions kind of freaked me out. “Don’t do this or that”. I’ve colored my hair for years using store bought Revlon. I kind of start at the back and squish it all over my head. No root work no separate sections. What should I do? They don't match what they sayI answered all the questions accurately and this color they made me is 2 shades darker than my hair or the photo they showed me! Thank God I only did my roots.
