Waxy feelingI used the product 2 times. I liked the color, but I had to wash my hair anywhere between 5 and 6 times to get the color out after the allotted time. Color was too dark and product stuck on my hair.I wish to give a good review, because the idea is really good, but e salon didnt work for me. I wanted to change of a brown burgundy for a brow violet, My hair now is just a boring dark brown with any burgundy or violet and I waited until wash my hair few times before to write this review. In addition my hair is dry, because I need to use shampoo 4 times to remove the product of my hair, it was as a glue. So glad I tried eSalon!I have to admit, it was fun doing the color survey and deciding on which color for my hair. I decided to stay with my natural/original salon color and I have to say, eSalon got it even better!. The color and tone are exactly what I was hoping for and the grey coverage has been great. I am three weeks in to this color and I do not have any grey coming through. That never happens. Normally I would pay my stylist $125.00 for color and highlights and I have very short hair. That is before the tip! I followed the directions closely, only doing my roots and then combing through. This makes all the difference in getting the desired results.
