Wonderful service. Not a great color matchCostumer support was great. My shipment arrived in a timely manner and the price was also fair. I love having the option to communicate freely with my color specialist when needed. However, the color was much much much darker than I had anticipated. Great colorThis is my first purchase and the color is perfect. Close to my natural color, dark brown. I love it. And the fact I saved a lot of money doing it at home and its delivered right to you. Color was easy!eSalon sent detailed instructions. My husband jumped in and followed them and the color turned out beautiful!! I would've rather had it two shades lighter... I did talk to a stylist and get this done and my next auto ship will be a lighter shade, The consultant on the phone was professional and knowledgeable about the products and understood what I wanted. My custom colorThis color has been better than the one my hairdresser has been using. It covers grey better and doesn’t fade! I love it. I love E-Salon***EDIT The colorists are wonderful. They know exactly what's best. I wanted dark brown with plum. What they sent was EXACTLY what I wanted. THANK YOU!!! I love the colorists at E-Salon. When I tell you that their job cannot be easy, I am not exaggerating. I recently sent them pictures of my hair and asked them to match it, so I could die my roots.
