ReviewEverything I needed was included . There was a question I needed answered during the process and the online chat could not understand. Not a huge issue, but for a first time use, quicker response time would have been better. Pleasantly surprised.I was dying my hair and it didnt seem to be turning a darker color while I was applying. So I freaked out(it was not on the full 30 minutes). Washed it and I was so surprised. It covered the gray, made roots lighter and mesh with the rest of my hair I actually love it. I didnt even use the whole application either.
