Lovely colorI tried the new chocolate color that has a bit of ash and a bit of red on a lark. I usually go neutral bcuz ash gives my hair a green tinge, & red can make me brassy- neither of which are a good look for me. But I wondered if they may cancel each other out. Well for me, they did. I have the prettiest shade of dark chocolate with barely discernable hints of dark red (not copper or brass!) Which gives my color depth and is very natural looking. Custom Color SetI enjoy having the same color all the time. I even been to their Salon in LA. They did a fantastic job putting on my color before I left on a vacation out of LAX. PerfectI finally found a beautiful golden brown base that I can use why I try to lighten my hair with high & lowlights. The shampoo and conditioner included made my hair super soft and manageable. Hair Color is OutstandingMy first color kit was a little to red for me so, I asked the colorist to add more mahogany to my color formula. did not like the colorI did not like the color it was to dark and ask to have a different color sent. After several emails I just ask them to stop and not send anything else. I understood the shade below the one I had originally received would not lighten my hair but it would be something I could use later on once this shade had lighten.
