Orange and yellow brassThe bass color I was given turned my hair brassy orange and yellow. Very disappointed. The packaging and instructions were great. Very easy to understand. The Developer was not sealed correctly and leaked all over my box w/accessoriesThis is my first box of the new design/product and the developer was not sealed properly. The seal while intact, the screw top was not and leaked all over my stuff. The box was a soggy mess and developer was everywhere. Not to mention I lost half of my developer. I normally rave about you guys but so far with the new product/design, very unhappy. And I requested twice before that my color be changed and I was sent the wrong color. You used to have great customer service and call anytime I had a color change (which has been maybe 3 times in 4 years) I've sent 2 messages and heard nothing.
