Always perfectI sent in a picture of my hair color and every time I have received a color I have loved ! I recommend you use a deeper conditioner at least twice a week for the first week of you have thicker hair. I leave in for about 15 minutes. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

I am sooo spoiledI have been a loyal client for over 2 years now. I loved every bit. From having custom color shipped to my home to beautiful, professional looking hair, and a price you can't beat. I just receieved my first highlight kit in the mail yesterday. I watched all of the tutorials, and I can't wait to show you how they turn out!! I feel like a kid again! Lol Esalon and Porshawna, my colorist, makes sure that I have everything to make my color experience a beautiful success and I haven't even considered going back to whatever I used to do. Excellent coverageI'm really happy with this product, particularly the coverage at the roots. No more really light roots versus dark ends!! New Look is eh?So I haven’t actually colored my hair yet (I schedule my colors to come about a week before) I’m thinking and hoping the product will be just as good as before the packaging changed. But I have to admit the new look just seems, glum. I’m not sure but the colors just seem gloomy if that makes sense. Not really liking the change yet.
