Wow!!! I am shocked!!I have gone to high end salons my whole life and because of COVID-19 messed up with a drug store brand. Called e salon filled out survey, spoke to consultants and my hair is beautiful. I probably will never go back to a salon again! Impeccable!Presentation is myth e.g., the box with instructions, and the neat idea to provide an adhesive circle to tape the instructions to the mirror for quick reference... Brilliant. But the proof is in the pudding -- if you will. Honestly, I don't think I will need to pay a colorist to mix and color my hair! I ordered it and colored my hair myself -- because I had to during the pandemic. eSalon has been a silver lining. What a gift, what a vain lifesaver, what an affirmation. PleasedOverall I am pleased with how my hair turned out considering I have never colored my own hair. The back is little more difficult to do, but luckily I don't have as much gray back there. Even color, super soft hair!After coloring with e-salon my hair felt so soft, better than before color. I've always used store box hair color and hair has never felt this good. I used 2 step root, then ends. The coverage is very nice. The only small complaint I have is that I felt the Strawberry blonde color was a little to orange.
