Bad colorI had light brown hair, sent a picture for light brown, and got a color that made my hair at least two shades darker. I wrote and asked if it could be replaced with a color I liked before, but never got a response. I don't think I'll order again. In addition I've now washed it three times with esalon color safe products and the color's washing out really uneaven. I'm thinking I'm not going to order again. Colour was too darkI wanted to go lighter and more red. I ended up with brown hair with a tint of red that faded far too quickly. It came beautifully packaged though and the instructions were very easy to use. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
