The color faded after a couple weeksI loved the color initially. It was even looking and the perfect copper color. but after two weeks it’s brown again and my grow out still didn’t hold the dye so it’s also visible like it was prior. developer leaked all overOne of the hair color kits of 2 sent to me had leaked all over inside the package and I didn't notice it until I went to use it and therefore could not color my greys and when I tried to contact the company to get a replacement asap I was unable to contact anyone on chat or email. The perfect copper 👌🏻🧡I’ve been trying to get this exact shade of copper since going to a top salon 13 years ago for my wedding. Numerous hairdressers, always looking a bit pink and not right. Ruined my hairAfter the first kit I ordered didn't cover my greys (less than 20% of my hair so not a lot of grey to cover) they sent me another kit with a different formula for the roots and the lengths. However as there were different amounts of developer, the sun has lightened the top of my hair differently to the lengths and I now have a visible tide mark around the top of my head. It is too soon to dye my hair all over again so I'm using temporary gloss to try and blend it and then will likely have to go to a salon. I contacted the support team for advice on how to fix it and they didn't even respond. I have cancelled and would advise others to proceed with caution. I will say though I loved the colour both times I've used it although it didn't cover my fine greys at my temples either time. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
