Quality product, good serviceThis is my second try on the color. Only four stars since I didn't get the grey coverage I wanted. But I am going to try a second time before adjusting the mix because I might have failed to apply the color correctly my first time. Great quality color.I love the made for you color! This product "talks the talk and walks the walk". Is so great to tweak your color until you get the perfect shade you wanted, plus is a quality product that preserves the integrity of your hair, so it remains and LOOKS healthy. I am a very hands on person, and used to buy different shades at the store to mix and get what I wanted. Problem is, it seldom looked "just right", plus the condition of my hair was dry and damaged. First time trying eSalon’s custom hair colorI asked for a coppery red color. This first try of eSalon custom color did not give me the color I wanted. I used to be called “Carrot Top” because of my natural hair coloring.
