I feel like a professional colorist!Right out of the box you know this product is going to be better than that other 'boxed' color. First the gloves;heavy weight, and 2 pair. Who does that?? Next stuff to protect areas you don't want the color to color, example; your forehead and neck. The color is smooth, creamy, mixes well in the professional kit cup. The color is beautiful! One problem I do see, instructions say only 5 min on last 'pull through' of color through colored hair. That was not enough for my stubborn hair. I leave it 10 min. Lastly, an added touch; a wipe for any stray color you may find...I almost never have to use this! Over all, I enjoy this product, and the support system behind it. Made hair fall out.Color was good but my hair got really thin.. When I colored my hair globs of hair was in the drain after rinsing. Didn't realize how bad it was until I rinsed it out in the shower vs the sink. Had to be the product, first time I used a non salon product. Never again. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
