Great hair colorI've been using salon for my hair color for over a year now and have gotten tons of compliments. People can't believe I don't spend big bucks at a salon. I noticed with this last order that the instructions were different. Instead of adding water to the remaining hair color after applying it to the roots, and massaging it thru your hair for 2 minuts, the instructions say to comb the color through then add water and massage the scalp for 1 minute. Really like my colorI really like the color. Even my hairdresser does, although I'm sure she wants me to have her do it!!! My problem is the grays come in quicker and quicker :) ...I wish there was a sponge or something that could fill in the grays in between coloring. The options on the market are sticky/tacky. SurpriseI still can't get over how easy the whole process was I was totally stressed at the very idea of having to purchase my own hair colour but the salon was getting just too expensive and to go into a store with what may or may not be a trained person was just stressed at the very idea. Quality Hair DyeI really like esalon. They seem to nail my color each time, even when I make adjustments. I appreciate that they stand by their product too. There have been a couple of times when (because of weather) my hair dye leaked into the box and they replaced it promptly! And the same when the color was not quite right in the beginning. I will say that the last two times I dyed my hair, I had a really hard time getting it to shampoo out. I had to wash it twice this time to remove all the dye. The first shampoo left my hair sticky and greasy. If this continues to happen, I might stop using it-even though I've been really happy with the color. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
