Love the color, hate the waitColor is excellent. Doesn't fade, greys stay covered between colorings, and the blonde doesn't brass up as much as other brands. Easy to use, love the extra set of gloves. One star missing because shipping is just deadly slow. I wish they'd fulfill through Amazon or charge me an extra $3 to not use a last-mile shipper. I loved it.... but...I received my kit on time. It was beautifully packaged and had everything included. A generous two pairs of gloves as well. I absolutely loved the color they made for me. It was perfectly medium brown and ash and rich looking . Over time as I shampooed it has faded out to a very auburn red shade. No fault of eSalon I'm sure . The color was fine and looked natural, but didn’t exceed my expectationsI ordered shade 7 Ash Brown, hoping for a shinier, cooler-toned result. It was goodThe formula itself was good. It didn’t smell or anything. I just feel they don’t give you quite enough product to cover your whole head. It also looks green when you first apply it. Great colourWhen the colour went on, it looked black and I got scared but it turned out it was the exact dark brown I was wanting. Hopefully it lasts a little bit because I got the demi permanent but I think I've found my colour finally as the first few times it wasn't exactly right. I'm happy with the result, but there was no communication with a colour consultant like last time.
