Totally different colour to what I asked forI asked for the same colour as in the pics I sent. I have very dark natural hair and it’s dyed red and the ends are pretty faded so quite light red. I like faded as it’s the only time I’ve ever had lighter hair. To note, my current red is red red. The dye I’ve been sent is plum. I didn’t realise this until it was developing in to a nice purple colour - I now have my unwanted very dark hair back with strong plum. Absolutely nothing like what I asked for. Does not work well with graysI used this is the past, before gray hair. Worked great back then, but now that I’m mostly gray under my color, I have two toned hair. Brown up top and black the rest of the way. Even, with that being said, my hair doesn’t feel damaged and is still feeling healthy, which is why I gave it three stars. the best products I used at home in the last15 yearsThis product is amazing after they email me and let me know that the colour I chose will not be the best for my skin tone and they offer to send a different colour and an extra one specifically for my root free of charge I was already in love with the packaging before even I apply the beautiful shiny colour I believe the choice was made perfectly for me due to the picture I uploaded while answering the questions before purchase, I highly recommend this product it comes with everything you need in the process of perfect dye at home my hair look healthier than before the colour is very rich and shiny I love it.... 6 of 7 people found this review helpful. Love it!!!!This is the best color experience that I’ve had, so far. The quality of the product is excellent and your hair colorist is A ++++. The price is super affordable and aside is perfect, is delivered to your door. What else can you ask for?????? Very disappointedI was looking to lighten up my natural dark hair so I decided to give myself a try. The palette offered through the app seems limited in terms of variety of colour for my taste but I decided to give it a go anyway. I chose one of the lightest tones available thinking it would be noticiable change. I followed all the steps, I covered all my hair and waited according to the instructions but the results were far away from my expectations. It has been 5 days since I applied the colour kit and I can't see a difference between my original colour and the formula chosen for me.
