And because this affords me the convenience of coloring my hair whenever I have the time, I may never go to a salon again to get my hair colored. EasyI thought the overall process was easy to use and I liked how the products are customized to fit your needs (products for roots and ends) which you don’t find in store-bought boxed color. My hair color is a natural medium brown but I had dyed my hair an ash blonde that was at the ends (ombré). I ordered the red brown hair color hoping it would cover my previous hair dyeing and it did! My only concern was the red brown tone made my hair more of a red. I’m assuming because of the blonde already in there. I did put that information in the order, so while the custom hair color isn’t perfect, based on previous reviews, they will change the formula to fit your hair’s needs.
