Doesn't work on grey hair.My hair is premature grey and I have colored it for 20+ years. I finally let it grow out but it it made me look older than I feel. I ordered a red copper shade. It looks great on the ends that were still colored red. I left the color for 40 minutes on the silver and looked good till I washed my hair. DeceivingI opened my credit card statement and was surprised when I saw the second the charge from esalon. When I purchased the first time, it was not clear that they will delivered every mont automatically and automatically charged you for it. I just remembered answering the question that I color my hair every 3 weeks. I think that is very deceiving to the customer.. Hair color with all the extras!!I like eSalon because I choose to have it mail to me at a certain time and just when my gray starts to show its like my hair knows it's time to color it.
