Too much red and orangeThis is the 4th time you have got color wrong. Starting to think that noone reads the review and just keeps sending similiar colors that all pretty much are the same and not what I am asking for. worse than box colorI bought this to fix my hair after a beautician botched a color job twice and colored my brunet hair red. My hair still has quit a bit of red in it and my scalp is still died even after several washings. My hair feels like straw and has had very little improvement even with hot oil treatments and deep conditioning. I will never buy this color again. Color-resistant greyI had high hopes that the eSalon personalized hair color would take care of my grey hairs that are starting to show up with a vengeance, but the color seemed to wash completely out by the end of the second week. I followed directions like my like depended on it but the greys won the battle. I think I actually had better luck with some of the other hair color on the retail market and I colored it about three weeks ago and the greys are slowly returning - at a slower rate than when I tried the eSalon hair color.
