Wrong colorI asked for a dark brown color with violet. My hair was already dark brown but I wanted to cover greys and add to it. The hair color I got lightened my hair and gave me a brassy look. Also some of my greys were not covered. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not what I requestedThe colour was not what I requested. It was way too dark and a different shade. It was not auburn but a dark brown. Product was nice and my hair did look glossy….just a shame that it wasn’t the colour in requested 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Cancelled subscriptionI have just cancelled my subscription. A very convoluted process to do so. It is hard to find where to even start and it takes around 6 different clicks. Clearly set up to try to trick you into staying which left a very bad taste in my mouth. Also postage of £5.95 is insane - the method they use, Royal Mail 48 Tracked, is £3.55 for this weight. Not the colour I expectedI was very disappointed with the outcome of my hair dye. I had followed instructions when picking my colour to become light/ash blonde. DisappointedThe colourist has made the roots colour and ends colour two different colours my roots are more natural ginger brown and my ends have patchy vibrant red throughout it. I have noted this on my previous order that both the roots and ends colour would need to be the same and coloured my hair today to see my long hair patchy throughout. Purple?My colour set was supposed to be dark brown (red copper). Not at all delighted to have followed instructions, and end up with magenta roots wherever I had grey, and then no evident colour on the rest of my hair. The top of my hair has ridiculous purple streaks that abruptly stop, and then my regular colour starts.
