Accurate, great customer service, fun kitThe color experts accurately created a color meant for me. I requested a darker color but they analyzed my photo, answers to profile questions and suggested a lighter color which looks amazing and more natural. I emailed a few questions to them and received a phone call about 2 days later from an actual representative who answered my questions in great detail. Very personalized service. The kit is pretty neat and includes everything you need. Much better quality than shelf brand hair color. Very Disappointed Following 1st Time UseI didn't have much but was becoming more conscious of the scattered grey, especially in my fringe so decided to give eSalon a go instead of booking an appointment at my local salon. I couldn't be much more disappointed as the coverage was virtually non existent. Add to that the fact the lovely sheen my hair had immediately after applying the colour only lasted a week and all I've achieved is having to wait 3 months before the local salon can apply a professional colour for me. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
