Dull colorI tried several times to get my color right but, it never changed. I wanted a nice chocolate with a hint of some red. I really like a mahogany color. It came out drab. I also ordered the gloss and all that was, was another color with 20 volume developer. my hair is completely dried out from it. This is my last order from e-salon. Truly salon qualityI have had my hair done at a salon, but stopped because it became unaffordable. I started using box color from the store. I wasn't necessarily unhappy with box color, but it was definitely a "you get what you pay for" situation. I saw ads for eSalon and it took me a year to finally pull the trigger. I will never go back to store bought hair coloring! The color I get from eSalon looks far more natural and does a much better job coloring my hair without bringing out brassy highlights.
