Don’t buy!I’ve colored my hair for over 30 years. No color for the last 4 years. I used this “custom color”……didn’t like the color and the greys were back in about 4 days. I ordered the color Brown Cinnamon and was sent Mahogany.First I’m very disappointed that my color choice wasn’t delivered. Instead Mahogany was delivered when I chose Brown Cinnamon. I ended up using it because of needing to cover all the gray. But I hate it. Spectacular color combo that even my hairdresser loves!In all my years of going to a hairdresser, I never had to color my own hair. Since the economy changed and I needed to learn how to conserve, I started using a do-it-yourself hair color that I liked, Clairol Foam, #9, however, it was discontinued. My hair is 80% grey now, which means I have to color approximately every 6-8 weeks. It was getting very expensive. When I was online reading the Allure Magazine and saw a section called E-Salon, I stopped in my tracks. The article was very informative. So, I informed the colorist assigned to me that I wanted to replicate the color that Clairol Foam #9 product was giving me (blonde with variable color highlighting). Oh my gosh, the color turned out perfect. Exactly what I wanted, even better. So natural!! The packaging of the products sent with your first order, and thereafter, is first class. And, they personalize each order! I started on the auto-delivery program right away. I have purchased your leave in conditioner as well...great!
