DullI just colored my hair and I could cry. Its terrible. I requested dark coppery blond. I wound up with a med-light ash brown. I see no copper and just a little gold. More green than gold though. No gray coverage, not 100% satisfied with color resultI wanted to love this and followed the instructions carefully. Rude emailWhen I complained about the color I received they told me theycouldn't lighten my hair as they didn't have the right product.
