I LOVE my hair colour again!The colour is perfect & I am pleasantly surprised at how soft my hair is & best of all my touch ups arrive just when I am ready to do my roots simple enough for my 13 year old to apply as well which is no useof my handsgreat when I have 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. A little disappointedI've only tried the product once and was shocked when I was finished and carefully started to comb my hair out and a huge chuck of it came out, I had also used a leave in hair treatment that I use after every wash. I'm also surprised at how fast the color fades considering I use very expensive color treated shampoo & conditioner. All my grey is peaking through so I'm going to try the root touch up this one time and see what happens. Our color does not cause hair loss, but if you do not brush your hair, a physically involved process like dyeing can rinse out any shedded follicles that have built up over time. First UseI liked the fact that I didn't have to go out to get a decent hair color done on my hair. I liked that it was so easy that my husband helped me and didn't get it all over our bathroom. I liked the color when it was finished, so much so that the consultant at Clinique complemented me on the soft auburn shade when the light shined on my face. We recommend you consult with a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
