Great color adjustment for gray!My gray roots (59 yo) were getting brassy with the medium brown/ash color. I took a few pics and sent them to the eSalon team and they recommended updating to medium brown/pearl. Huge improvement! I look ten years younger. Won’t Buy AgainI had done the quiz and saw a color I really liked “darkest brown mahogany” which looked like a very dark brown with SUBTLE hints of red. My hair is quite literally purple. color was good but had a my hair was straw afterI really liked the color they sent and it was easy to apply. I had my daughter help so I didn't miss anything. Color Does not lastVery disappointed with this product the color washes out in the first wash and leaves my roots exposed. The second bottle I received started foaming and spilling out of the bottle when left on the counter for less then 20 mins.
