bad colorthe color they sent me turned my hair orange red and it did not cover the roots, instead it made my roots light orange red. the color I had before was good then they changed it and did not listen to the color I wanted. Close but no cigar...I'm still waiting for a response from my personal stylist from my recent color change request. I still can't see my next color purchase coming up in 5 days that I will be charged for... As far as my last color on July 5th, I asked for the red additive to be taken out and was told you guys didn't offer that. How is it fully costumizable color if I can't get a color taken out? I don't think what I am asking for is unacceptable or unachievable. I would like brilliant medium COPPER hair. My hair is very red with touches of copper. I have shown you guys pictures, asked for suggestions to get it close to the copper I am looking for... and have been pretty much told it can't happen. I have 15 years in this business, if my hair is red it needs GOLD to make it copper because red plus yellow equals orange. So copper or double copper with a splash of medium brown and NO RED additive would work. Heck... if you just take out the red from my color and add a GOLD additive to my color that might work. And as far as application, look guys... if I have previously blonde hair, my ends fade... sending me an ends refresher that's copper and red will give me two very different hair colors from root to tip. So what I did is applied my root color to my roots first...waited 15 minutes and then pulled through the ends. I then used your technique in the shower as suggested. Rinsed and shampooed my hair. Then I dried and applied the "ends refresher" as a balayage on my hair. This gave me my current results which I'm not mad about...it's just not copper enough. It's red and red fades to pink... which isn't what I want at all. So please...someone...give me copper hair. Thank you. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Keeps trying to charge meIt says my ordering has been turned off yet every month they try and charge my card different amounts. What do you have to do.
