Terrible issueI loved this company and the product since I started using at the start of the pandemic but for the past 3 months I have been having issues with coverage of my grays. I changed my color a couple of times, but the last time I received my order the bottle exploded in my bathe when I mixed it!!! The bottle erupted like a volcano!!! It went all over my bathroom wall, the light fixture, the toilet, my ceiling and all over my bathroom curtain. I called to complain and they offered me two free colors and the emailed me “instructions on how to get the stains out”!!! My toilet is ruined, not even with bleach I could take stains out!! My walls were ruined because paint was blurred after I tried to take the hair color out and I had to throw out my bathroom curtains because not even bleach took out the stains!! I complained about this and no one from this company has had the courtesy to even offer an apology. I have pics and videos that I sent to them and nothin and never mind my ceiling!! Is ruined!! almost PERFECT!! would love to see a just a bit of the bold Irish lilacFrom the semi permanent rinses and toners, to the touchup set with the developer, you guys have really helped me work with my silver hair when I know it's not a specific color you do. The little potions I make from all of the princes and semi permanent non-damaging things are actually keeping my cool silver boulder each time I use them, and that cannot be better for someone like me who plays around with their hair as frequently as someone might change an outfit before leaving the house –I have been of course looking into all of the incredibly beautiful silver spectrums for cool toned grays etc. and I'm just falling more and more in love with the lilac tints that I'm seeing really start to show up that are now dominating the previously more visible blue while my hair is in fading breaks between more color- so I want to go a little bolder!, and kind of boost up these cold pinks and purples that im starting to notice, and it looks like adding a bit of your guises Irish lilac color on the fantasy color pages list or something similar in this blend without changing anything else – I still definitely want to keep the same concentration of the cold ash tone blue that we have in there because that's what keeps the base going so my hair stays looking really icy ash but I've noticed after playing around with bits of pastel semi permanent color creams from other brands that the lilac streaks show up so beautifully blending and touching the blue in such a sweet, cold sun kiss. I just got my recent order yesterday. And with this tint rinse I got this time in the purple/pink sort of color I confirmed that it just washes in beautifully!! so, thinking of how beautiful a few drops of that would be for the permanent dye set as well to really add that extra flair :-) 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Just wrong!Wrong color. Wanted red for all-over and they sent root touchup for my existing hair color. Waste of time and money. Why would I touch up roots on a color the same as my natural hair?
