Not the colour in mindI was very excited to try esalon’s custom colour however it just didn’t deliver what it promised. Asked for a dark copper colour and have been given a flat, dull and dry maroon red colour. The process has left my hair in a state to which I’m not sure what to do with it. Response From Our ExpertsPetra - We’re truly sorry to hear that you have had hair loss since using our hair color. In general, a person will typically lose up to 200 hairs a day. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. No customer supportI ordered a color, the “colorist” changed it. I tried the color and didn’t like it. They claim 100% satisfaction but my two attempts to contact customer support have yet to be answered. Now I’m trying to figure out how to cancel, they don’t make it easy. Also having issues with not covering grayI’ve been using r salon for many years. My roots always stayed the proper color until they grew out. Something has changed, it’s washing off Of the gray really easily now. Considering that over half of my hair is gray at this point that’s not going very well.
