Over processed haurBeen trying for ages to get rid of my really dark hair and go lighter. It’s just about there now and I’m really pleased with my new colour and the tones through my hair. AwfulLiterally the worst hair dye I've ever had. Including the ones from superdrug. My roots and ends are different colours! Faded very quicklyColor faded within 2 weeks and gray hair was again visible despite following the instructions. I only wash my hair approximately 2x a week with color-safe products. Better than the salonI’ve been using eSalon for a few years and I love my color every time I do it. I’ve been to the salon 2x since I started using it and I’ve regretted both times. I wanted a bayalage but the color was never right. I went recently and I was mortified how it turned out. Luckily I had a delivery at home. I consulted a rep and it turned out perfect.
