No longer covers grays.I have been an esalon customer for almost two years. For the past few shipments, the color no longer covers my gray well. What it does cover , fades quicker, and it is no longer covering resistant grays that it had always covered in the past. This does not seem like the same quality product I have always received. Perfect colorI just had to write to let you know that my first color pack could not have been any closer to my natural color! Since this is my first kit I was skeptical about it when I saw the bottle saying "copper" since I have red highlights naturally in my hair I was afraid of it being red when I was done. I went ahead with it today and I was pleasantly surprised when it was the perfect brown I wanted. I hope it doesn't change in the coming weeks like so many store-bought colors have. Hair looks amazingI was a bit apprehensive about changing my hair colour at first but I need not have worried. The products are excellent and the instructions were very easy to follow. Colour does not last, and more expensive.I am noticing what others have noticed. The colour does not last as it used to and it is more expensive.
