Did not cover greyThis is my second time ordering. I am completely disappointed. It didn’t cover my grey at all. It also left my roots a lighter color than the rest of my hair. Personalised Demi-permanent colourNot only has ordering the colour exactly how I want it been a pleasure but all the accouterments that arrive beautifully packaged with it have been so helpful (even the little tag for sticking up the instructions on the mirror). Wonderful!I overdid it on going blonde with a Clairol root fix that was brassy, and the e-salon folks recommended their light brown only on my roots. It was perfect. Customer since 2011I have to agree with the other people finding the hair color is not working like it used to. I had always followed the directions and was happy with the results until about six months ago when I noticed that my hair was still a little grey afterward. I had a hairdresser suggest Nutrisse.
