First colourMy very first time colouring my hair I'm not going to lie I was terrified It was so easy to do my hair is quiet long I watched all the video's on how to colour at home nice and easy to follow instructions. Order was beautifully presented in a pretty box can wait to colour my hair again, my hair colour covered really well (did have highlights from hairdressers) can't see them now blended in nicely. Best hair colour!I haven't been to my hairstylist and sat in that uncomfortable chair in months! The colour is exactly how I like it after some modifications, I love the idea of doing my own hair from the comfort of my home when I decide to do it and I can't get it wrong. Good customer serviceUPDATE (Jan 2022): I have had good experiences with my hair color and with customer service. When I wasn’t completely satisfied with my first color formula, eSalon reached out to work with me on adjusting it and also gave me the next shipment free. I’m really liking the color now—with one adjustment, it’s more the strawberry blonde I was shooting for. I also feel my hair is healthier than it was when I was using box dye. ORIGINAL REVIEW IN FALL 2021: appreciated the nice packaging and personalization. I also liked the low price for my first order, which included a free brush and color for ends as well as for roots. The process was pretty similar to box dye. The color is ok, not as red as expected. My hair looked a bit limp after and got oily within 24 hours. The color looks pretty good. Will not cover graysI have tried 3 times and even applied to the grays by my ears and let set for 5-10 minutes. Really sad because we got my color dialed in it just won’t cover the gray. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Literally Nailed my Hair Color.... FINALLYi can't tell you how many times i've had my roots colored and how many box dye sets ive picked up hoping I would get close on my real root color.... whether its a salon or a box, its always too dark, too red, too light, too ashy, not ashy enough.... its EXACTLY my hair color! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
