Gray roots not covered AT ALLContacted my stylist two days after coloring with pictures of my gray roots. They "reformulated" my color for the next shipment...and here I am with grays until that shipment in 6 weeks. Useless. I had to spend Thanksgiving with my gray roots for all the family pictures. And I'll get my next shipment right after Christmas, fabulous. If this was an actual salon I wouldn't have left with my hair looking like it does, they would have fixed it. The advice they gave me was to use color safe shampoo and conditioner, two days after coloring I hadn't even washed my hair yet, don't try to blame this on my products. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
