Custom made they really do listen to youI’m a returning customer and I’m pleased I did return . My hair has been color corrected by the last formulaWhat can I say. My hair was and unnatural red from the first color. The second corrected formula was good for 4 days. Now my hair is orange in the sunlight! I can't say these colors work well. I'm really sad. I'm 65 years old with BOZO THE CLOWN ORANGE HAIR! NIX THE ABOVE. Didn’t work for meI have dark brown/black hair, and the new color did not show. My hair looks the same, there is no shine, or better feeling texture. The ladies in the photos look like they had a glamorous hair color result, but mine still looked dull. This was my 3rd time trying eSalon hair color, but this time handfuls of hair were falling out during the washing out step. Someone from eSalon said I may have had an allergic reaction, but I have never been allergic to hair coloring products before. Not the color I wanted and no gray coverage!I have been using your color for a long time. Last time, I said it was too dark and wanted to lighten it but keep violet highlights. This time, it's nearly black and did not cover my gray. I am very disappointed. And, as someone else said, the color doesn't last nearly as long. Did NOT cover my graysI wanted to use your product specifically for root touch up to cover stubborn grays. It did not work for me and in fact made my roots a bit lighter than my color which I did not want. This is just not the product for me. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
