My hair stylist is disappointedeSalon saved me during the the pandemic shutdown. The color has been perfect and you can’t beat the price! Looks better than from a salon!I've been using the custom color and lightening kits for several years and have been consistently happy with the results. I used to go to salons and spend so much money and it never looked right. Finally, I have found a great combination that looks nice and natural and much cheaper! Color changeMy most recent purchase was a color change done by Andrea M. She hit the nail on the head. I sent her a picture of a color I wanted and she sent me that exact color. I am in love. Good ChoiceI am very happy with this service and product. It is easy to use and flexible if I want to make changes. The product is good and not damaging to my hair. The difference of using a hairdresser and eSalon, it is no time wasted to sit at the hairdresser for hours. Specially if you have a busy life and worry about your grey hair to start showing up, and you don't have time to go to the hairdresser. Perfect color.I decided to change my previous color to a bit lighter and once again eSalon nailed it. I love this company! And customer service department are wonderful. I do not understand why people spend hundreds of dollars to Hair places when coloring your hair with eSalon products is very easy and so inexpensive. Perfect!!!!I worked with the colorist over the phone and described the color I was hoping to get. He took my feedback and produced the PERFECT color! The kit is very well organized and the directions are precise and easy to follow. My husband has become my hair stylist (I do the cutting and he does the color.)
